Audio Sphere 8 stalks protrude from a central dome. Transmitting light and sound, they are vulnerable to environmental
changes, and yet rigid enough to maintain their distinctive structure. Responding to external impulses, their melody shifts and evolves
in unpredictable ways, like a wind chime. A 'mood button' switches between different suites of audio, providing a simple way to set its dominant feel.
Left alone, its sensory output is driven by passing breezes and ambient factors. It develops a pattern of light, sound and movement by
harnessing these otherwise unnoticed cues, reinforcing these aspects of the space it is in. At the same time, its response invites
participation, encouraging play and experimentation with the stalks which act as its sensors. Interaction is invited, not demanded,
by the Audio Sphere.
